GYMGUYZ is looking for certified personal trainers who want to focus on what they do best: coaching clients and producing results.

Instead of spending your day waiting for gym-floor leads or trying to sell memberships, you'll travel to clients' homes, offices, apartment communities, and other locations to deliver personalized fitness programs.

We provide the clients. You provide the coaching.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver professional, engaging in-home and on-site personal training sessions
Develop individualized fitness programs based on each client's goals and abilities
Conduct client reassessments and monitor progress
Maintain accurate session notes and client information
Use GYMGUYZ technology to manage programming, schedules, and communication
Motivate clients and provide consistent accountability
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Collaborate with other trainers and management when appropriate

Qualifications

Nationally recognized personal training certification such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent
Current CPR/AED certification
Reliable transportation
Ability and willingness to travel between client locations
Comfortable using mobile and web-based technology, including platforms such as Mindbody and Trainerize
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, dependable, and energetic approach to coaching
