A great Master Trainer is first and foremost a great trainer who loves people, builds relationships quickly, and isn't afraid to ask for the sale when they know they've found the right solution.

What You'll Do
As a Master Trainer, you'll be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. You'll:
- Conduct complimentary in-home fitness assessments and identify client goals, challenges, and needs
- Recommend appropriate personal training solutions and confidently close sales
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions
- Build strong relationships focused on results, accountability, and retention
- Identify opportunities for semi-private and group training
- Participate in weekly field marketing and community outreach
- Represent the GYMGUYZ brand professionally in clients' homes and throughout the territory
- Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-up independently
- Help support the growth of the team and territory as the business expands

You're not expected to sell someone something they don't need.
You're expected to listen, assess, identify whether we can solve the problem, and confidently recommend the appropriate service.

What You'll Need
- Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) from an accredited organization
- CPR/AED certification
- Experience in personal training or a strong foundation in fitness
- Comfort with sales conversations and closing during the assessment process
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for occasional evenings and some weekend hours
This is a mobile role. You'll have the autonomy to manage your day, but you'll also be trusted to represent GYMGUYZ professionally in homes and communities throughout Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware counties.
