At GYMGUYZ Main Line & Montgomery County, we bring personalized workouts straight to clients’ homes and local sites. Without cold calling or hard selling, earn 25% above average PT pay.
Our mission is to impact 1,000,000 lives through fitness — and we’re seeking certified personal trainers across Montgomery, Berks, Chester, and Delaware Counties, PA, to join the movement.
We Offer
- Our Top trainers earn $750 - $1,250 per week training 25–30 hours, plus bonuses, commission, and performance pay.

Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- CPR/AED certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
- Team player or collaborative with others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Day in the Life of a GYMGUYZ Personal Trainer
- Start your day driving to clients’ homes or local sites to deliver fun, effective training sessions for all fitness levels on a schedule that fits your life.
- Build customized fitness programs in the GYMGUYZ App while focusing on motivation, safety, and proper technique.
- Guide clients through workouts, track their progress, and celebrate their wins with regular reassessments.
- Stay connected with your team through mentorship, monthly meetings, and ongoing support — without the pressure of sales quotas.
Hiring Process
- Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants.

Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
