Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and upbeat Female Exercise Specialist to join our dynamic team in Malvern and Phoenixville. Someone who is not only skilled but also brings a positive, gentle, and encouraging personality to every session.

As a Female Exercise Specialist at GYMGUYZ, you will provide personalized fitness training to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your mission will be to inspire, motivate, and empower clients to achieve their health goals through tailored workout plans and a supportive coaching style.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one fitness training sessions in client homes or designated locations.
Develop customized programs, specializing in strength training, Pilates, and machine work when appropriate.
Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability with a gentle and encouraging approach.
Track progress and adapt training plans as needed.
Educate clients on safe exercise techniques and balanced lifestyles.
Build trust through positivity and clear communication.

Qualifications

Female Exercise Specialist with a positive, upbeat personality.
Nationally recognized certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
CPR/AED certified.
Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
Experience with machine training, Pilates, and strength coaching preferred.
Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends.
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.

Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
