Job Description: As a Corporate Sales Specialist at Workout Anytime Carrollton, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth by engaging with local businesses and organizations. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the health and well-being of the Carrollton community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Engagement: Identify and establish relationships with local businesses, school districts, municipalities, hospitals, and apartment complexes to promote corporate membership opportunities.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand and address the fitness and wellness needs of organizations, offering tailored solutions that benefit their employees.
- Program Management: Oversee the sales process from initial contact to program launch, ensuring seamless integration and high levels of member satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional and club-level management to align corporate programs with club capabilities and objectives.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track leads, and monitor new membership trends to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Associate degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, membership, or marketing; experience in B2B sales/marketing is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for presenting to diverse audiences.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed within the Carrollton area to support business engagements.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; adaptable to various physical conditions within the club environment.
