Job Description:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for overseeing membership sales.
The Sales Consultant is also responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals. Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Welcome every person who walks through our doors with positivity, energy, and a genuine passion for F45.
• Introduce prospective members to F45’s innovative workout approach and show them how we can help them achieve their fitness goals.
• Occasionally handle front desk duties such as answering inquiries, assisting members, and ensuring a seamless studio experience.
• Lead potential members through studio tours and their first F45 workout, working alongside trainers to provide support and motivation.
• Actively sell memberships, helping the studio grow and building a community of fitness enthusiasts.
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients to keep them engaged and excited about their fitness journey.
• Help resolve any member concerns in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Participate in community outreach and local marketing events to spread the word about F45.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:
- Previous fitness sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
- Positive and detail-oriented person who can talk to anyone
- Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and LIFT
- Excellent at time management
