At GYMGUYZ, we bring customized fitness experiences directly to our clients’ homes, workplaces, and communities. Set a schedule that works for you and build a steady book of clients across the Richmond area. Early morning and evening availability is a big plus, since those are our clients’ most requested times.

What you’ll do
- Deliver one-on-one, partner, and small-group training sessions in clients’ homes, offices, and communities
- Build customized programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App, tailored to each client’s goals and needs
- Perform reassessments to track progress and adjust programs
- Build lasting client relationships through motivation, accountability, and exceptional service
- Keep your schedule, session records, and progress notes up to date
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence
What you’ll earn
- $30–$50 per hour based on experience
- Commission, renewal bonuses, and client referral bonuses

Required
- Current CPT certification from a nationally recognized organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes, offices, and other locations
- Comfortable using apps like Mindbody and Trainerize
- Professional, dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Preferred
- Experience with a diverse clientele, including beginners and seniors
- Knowledge of strength training, corrective exercise, functional fitness, mobility, and weight management
- Ability to adapt programs to different environments and equipment
