Club Attendant
Part Time • Princeton
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-sufficient, part time cleaning extraordinaire to fill our Club Attendant role. The Club Attendant will drive member satisfaction by completing a variety of cleaning tasks to keep the facility neat, clean and tidy. This role offers the chance to work in a positive environment, and to help ensure that our members are proud to call us their home gym. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Always putting your best foot forward as an ambassador of the Workout Anytime brand.
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists.
- Dusting and cleaning cardio and weight equipment.
- Cleaning and disinfecting locker rooms/restrooms.
- Mopping and vacuuming all areas of the club.
- Refilling supplies as needed, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Doing all tasks with a “members first” approach. If a member needs assistance or guidance outside of the scope of your work, to be able to pause the task at hand and courteously direct them to a member of our front desk team or the Club Manager.
Qualifications:
- Desired candidates will be outgoing, flexible, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Capable of following instructions and learning new techniques.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Some experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or maintenance preferred.
- Ability to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to independently lift 45lbs.
- A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work some weekends.
Compensation: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
