F45 Training, the fastest growing fitness franchise network in the world, has exploded in the last 4 years with over 2,000 franchisees in 36 countries, and this is just the beginning. We are looking for a superstar sales professional to build the membership base for our F45 fitness studios in Davie, Miramar and Pembroke Pines. Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow the membership base for our new studios, feels comfortable making over 70 warm calls a day, a fitness lover, strong customer service skills and an overall self driven sales person.
As an F45 Sales associate you will participate in the operation and success of a fast pace fitness studio, build strong relationships with F45 members, corporate and local businesses. Our Sales Associate role at F45 is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for our studio; including membership sales, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels.
Responsibilities:
New Membership Sales
- Timely outreach to new leads
- Sharing in depth knowledge of F45 training sessions and overcoming objections
- Converting leads into memberships
- Ensuring the sales performance of the studio is meeting goals
· CRM System Administration
- Managing new lead entries once received from our social media outlets, community events and marketing campaigns.
- Reporting on sales progress
Orienting Members
- Conducting goal-oriented consultations with all members
- Delivering studio tours
Event Management, Community Outreach & Business Partnerships
- Generating new leads through current members (influencers), community outreach, and all social media platforms’
- Being present at location for pre-launch events, festivals and local community gatherings.
- Becoming the community's biggest F45 Training advocate
Other
- Working collaboratively with the Studio Managers to ensure smooth and cohesive operations
Experience & Skills:
Must Haves:
- A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to communicate via a high volume of emails and texts
- Excellent customer service skills with a go-getter mentality
- Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow up on 50+ leads on a daily basis
- Confident, motivational, and outgoing
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
